CEU Institute – and its subsidiaries CLE Institute and CPE Institute – were established in 2002 to provide a comprehensive, streamlined solution for organizations navigating the complexities of continuing education (CE), continuing legal education (CLE), and continuing professional education (CPE) administration across the United States.
Our leadership team brings firsthand experience from the insurance, legal, and accounting sectors — industries where staying current with evolving state board requirements is not only time-consuming but also critical for operational success. Like many of our clients, we faced the challenges of managing multiple licenses, tracking regulatory changes, and ensuring ongoing compliance across jurisdictions. At the time, a national, full-service CE provider simply didn’t exist — so we built one.
