Changes to Adjuster Insurance Code in Arkansas

The Legislature has passed a change to the adjuster code.  Effective August 15, 2013. Arkansas will start recognizing designated home states for nonresident licensing in Arkansas.  Although no timeframe has been set, this change may allow  nonresident electronic adjuster licensing and renewals. Arkansas releases Rule 50 governing the CE requirements for Adjusters

Arkansas has released it’s update to RULE 50 which governs the continuing education requirements for adjusters. The requirements are 24hrs/2yrs with 3 of those hrs in Ethics. Arkansas Adjuster Continuing Education

Arkansas has recently updated thier compliance requirement for resident Adjusters to their birthdate in 2012. At which time, Adjusters are required to meet 24hr/2yrs [3 Ethics]. Rule 50 governing the continuing education requirements for adjuster in Arkansas has yet to be completed.
